i-Drive Travel & Tours ("i-Drive", "we", "us") provides private transport, airport transfers and tours across Cape Town and the Western Cape, South Africa. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

When you request a quote or make a booking — through our website contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email — we may collect:

Your name, email address and phone number;
Trip details such as pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger numbers, luggage and vehicle preferences;
Any other information you choose to share in your enquiry.

Enquiries submitted through our website form are sent directly to us by email so that we can prepare your quote and arrange your trip.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote;
To plan, confirm and provide your transport or tour;
To communicate with you about your booking;
To meet legal or insurance requirements where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to provide your service (for example, a partner driver or lodge for a multi-day tour) or where required by law.

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising tags (Google Ads and Meta) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to provide our services, handle any follow-up, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
